Welcome to Sightseeing Roma (the "Website", "Service", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By accessing our Website, purchasing tickets, or using our hop-on hop-off bus booking platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms, conditions, and notices.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should discontinue use of the Website and refrain from booking any tickets through our platform.

All bookings made through Sightseeing Roma are subject to ticket availability and payment validation.

• Pricing: Ticket prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include local value-added taxes (VAT) where applicable. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payment: We accept credit/debit cards and secure mobile wallets via Stripe. Bookings are only finalized once full payment has been authorized and captured.
• Accuracy: It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that the tour date, number of travelers, and ticket categories (Adult, Child, etc.) are correct before finalizing the transaction.

Sightseeing Roma acts as an official booking distributor and agent for premium sightseeing bus fleets operating in Rome (including Green Line, City Sightseeing, Big Bus, and I Love Rome).

• Ticket Redemption: Digital tickets containing QR codes must be displayed on a mobile device or printed when boarding the bus at any designated stop.
• Validity: Tickets are valid strictly for the duration specified (e.g., 24, 48, or 72 hours) beginning from the exact time the ticket is scanned for the first time on the bus.
• Service Changes: Operating schedules, routes, and frequencies are subject to change due to traffic conditions, city events, strikes, or municipal restrictions. We are not liable for delays caused by external Roman traffic conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sightseeing Roma, its partners, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

• The use or inability to use the booking platform.
• Any changes or disruptions in bus schedules, routes, or cancellations by the independent bus service operator.
• Personal injury, property damage, loss of belongings, or delay during the tour itself.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the purchase of tickets or use of this Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rome, Italy.
