Return & Cancellation Policy

At Sightseeing Roma, we understand that travel plans can change. Since our hop-on hop-off tickets represent reserved allocations with various partner bus operating services (including Green Line, City Sightseeing, Big Bus, and I Love Rome), we have established a fair cancellation policy.

Please review the terms below to see how cancellations, returns, and exchanges are handled based on the timing of your request.

• More than 24 hours prior: Cancellations requested more than 24 hours before your selected tour starting time are eligible for a 100% full refund.
• Within 24 hours: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the selected tour time, or failure to show up for the tour (No-Show), are not eligible for a refund.
• Special Promo & Combo Tickets: Some heavily discounted promotional tickets, packages, or specific entry combos (e.g., Colosseum or Vatican fast-track entry combos) may be explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

• You can request a change of tour date or time up to 12 hours prior to the original departure.
• Modifications are subject to availability and any seasonal pricing difference, but no administration fees will be charged.
• Once a ticket has been rescheduled, the cancellation window is locked to the original date's timeline.

Once your return request is approved, the refund is initiated automatically.

• Refunds are credited back to the original method of payment (Stripe, Credit Card, Apple Pay, etc.).
• Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
• You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund is initiated.

Our hop-on hop-off buses run in all weather conditions unless extreme safety concerns arise. In the rare event that a bus operator completely cancels service on your scheduled date due to official city closures, strikes, or extreme weather, you will be offered:

• An alternative date or voucher of equivalent value, valid for up to 12 months.
• A full refund if rescheduling is not possible for your travel itinerary.
