Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends heavily on the timing of the request relative to your scheduled tour date and the ticket tier purchased.

• Standard Hop-On Hop-Off Tickets: Fully refundable if requested at least 24 hours prior to the date of travel selected during booking.
• Attraction & Combo Packages: Fast-track or timed entries to specific monuments (e.g., Vatican Museums, Colosseum) are final sale and non-refundable, as these tickets are instantly reserved and personalized with the local authorities.
• Partially Used Tickets: No partial refunds or pro-rated credits are provided for tickets that have already been activated or scanned on any bus route.

To request a refund, please ensure you have your booking reference (starting with SR- or your email address) handy and contact us:

1. Send an email to refunds@sightseeingroma.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Order ID]".
2. Provide the traveler's name, email, and the reason for the cancellation/refund request.
3. If your cancellation is due to flight delays, medical reasons, or extreme circumstances, please attach supporting documentation so we can review your case under our flexible consideration policies.

Approved refunds are processed immediately by our systems.

• We process and approve qualified refunds within 24 to 48 hours of receipt.
• Once processed, the funds are sent back via Stripe to your original credit card, bank account, or digital wallet.
• Depending on your card issuer or bank, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.

We highly recommend reaching out to our dedicated support team before initiating any dispute with your bank. Chargeback disputes can delay the refund process significantly (sometimes taking up to 60-90 days for resolution). We are always happy to work directly with you to resolve any ticket issues, modifications, or refund queries.
